ParentPay – Our new online payment and ordering system for dinner money.
We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be moving to online payments and ordering for school dinners. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card. This will be the only method of paying for dinner money – cash will no longer be accepted.
ParentPay is easy to use and will offer you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24/7.
The technology used is of the highest internet security available ensuring your money will reach school safely – offering you peace of mind.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card or also through PayPoint.
No worries about money being lost in school
Parents can choose to be alerted when their balances are low via email and/or text.
Helps to reduce workloads for staff as no more counting cash or chasing debt.
On Monday 14th May we will be sending out your account activation details. Once you receive these you must:
Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage. NB These are for one-time use only, please choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process.
Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account.
Once activation is complete you can go straight to items for payment, select which items you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment.
Meal choices and payment for week commencing Tuesday 5th June must be made by Sunday 27th May (during half term)
EVERY PARENT MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ACCOUNT AND CHOOSE THEIR CHILD’S MENU 8 DAYS IN ADVANCE – EVEN IF YOUR CHILD IS AN INFANT AND RECEIVES A UNIVERSAL FREE SCHOOL MEALS, OR IS A JUNIOR AND ENTITLED TO FREE SCHOOL MEALS. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO CHILDREN WHO ARE NORMALLY PACKED LUNCH BUT WILL OCCASIONALLY REQUEST A THEMED MENU.
